Group Training

 

Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, get fit, improve your health, gain confidence, and have a better quality of life, our small group training sessions are for you. We are passionate about teaching people the importance of structured programming and the correct technique. Unlike other group training facilities, you are not just a number at Elevate One.  Our training sessions have limited spaces so that we can provide each client with personalised training experience.  We pride ourselves in offering an intimate, supportive, and friendly environment for our members to train in.

 

Our exclusive small group training sessions offer you a similar experience to personal training, but at a fraction of the cost. Our attention to detail to each and every client ensures you get the best possible results.  Additionally, you will be less prone to injury along the way, as we will be continuously monitoring your form throughout each session. We understand that everyone is at a different stage of their health and fitness journey, and we tailor exercises to meet your specific needs and goals.

 

Our programs are designed with short-term and long-term goals in mind.  We aim to improve your physique in every session by pushing you to your limit and ensuring that you have perfect form when completing each exercise. It’s about doing the basic movements and doing them really well, with the right amount of resistance for each individual’s ability level. We will then coach you to progress each week; continually moving forward towards your goals and getting stronger and leaner on the way there.

 

From personal experience, we believe that strength training is the best type of training for body composition. Our strength and conditioning programs are suitable to all levels of fitness, from beginner to advanced. They are run in 12-week cycles, with the exercise programmes changing every 4 weeks.   Training sessions are limited to ensure that we can provide each client with a personal experience.

Personal Training

If you prefer to be trained in a more exclusive setting, our personal training packages are for you. We pride ourselves in providing an in-depth screening process to first discover who are and who you want to be.  A personalised program will then be designed to suit your goals, lifestyle and current fitness level.  

Personal training sessions can be purchased as a 4 week package. If you’d like to book a session or request more information, get in touch.

 

NUTRITION 

FUEL YOURSELF FROM WITHIN

Nutrition

We believe nutrition is one of the most important building blocks to leading a healthy life. We don’t believe in excluding any foods from your diet, but instead, focus on eating a healthy variety of food – everything in moderation!

Our aim is to get you away from the usual ‘I’ll start the diet on Monday’ to a more consistent and balanced way of eating.  This should be a plan for life, not a short term diet, so we will teach you the tools of planning and choosing your own meals.

Our nutrition coaching memberships are individualised programs that run for 12 weeks. They include the following:

  • Weekly individual client check ins
  • Weekly weight, body measurement, progress photo, and food diary review
  • Personalised macronutrient and calorie targets catered to your body and your goal
  • Nutrition 101 Information Manual
  • Sample list of foods by macro type to help you plan and succeed!
